

When I reinstalled the game, I installed it into c:\games. I don't know whether it makes any difference, but my first installation was on a different hard drive than my windows installation. I uninstalled the game, renamed my old save folder, confirmed that the installation folder was deleted, then reinstalled the game. While I don't see why reinstalling the game should fix it, it certainly has. You also have to delete the container folder of the previous installation that usually is the path C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\They Are BillionsĪfter these steps you should have not the issue again. To avoid this issue you should make new full installation of the game.
